Day 10 – Monday, March 19

Great evening and resupply stop in Franklin. Got to slack pack my last 3.7 miles today when Ron Haven offered to go ahead and put my backpack on the bus into Franklin at the first road crossing. What a nice way to end a great day of hiking knowing I was headed for town as well. Ron took us around town all afternoon making all the necessary stops that the hikers needed to resupply and fix broken gear. What a great service he provides for thru-hikers!
